Refund & Cancellation Policy

Since JM Marketing Services provides digital marketing and consulting services, refunds are governed by the following terms:

1. Advance Payments
Advance payments made for service bookings are non-refundable once the work has commenced.

2. Project-Based Services
If a client chooses to cancel before work has started, a refund may be issued after deducting administrative charges.

If work has already begun, refunds will not be applicable for completed portions of the service.

3. Retainer Services
For monthly retainers, cancellation requires written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

4. Refund Processing Timeline
If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited to the original payment method.
